Continuous online process measurement
NIR and microwave online meters for moisture, concentration, Brix, solids and flow, with 4–20 mA output and Modbus RTU/TCP, IP66.
Sensors installed over belts, screws, ducts or pipes continuously measure the properties of the material and send the signal directly to the PLC or DCS. Process control no longer depends on laboratory samples.
